Our Story
 

When the world turned upside down, we rolled with it. We embraced our greater purpose, finding new ways forward in real estate and in life.

When Kris joined my real estate team in 2020, we were all set to hit the ground running. The COVID hit and our five children were sent home from school. However, it was not our first curve ball, and we continued to trust in the Lord's plan.

When Kris and I were first married he pursued his calling to the ministry. I raised our family while he was in seminary or preaching. While we are grateful four our time with the church, it was a difficult way to live. For many years Kris had two to three jobs outside of the church to us, and I stayed home with the children. While the children were little, I also managed an apartment complex to help supplement our income.

We bought our first home in 2009 by directly calling the listing agent, assuming that we had an agent that would advocate for us. When we sold the home seven years later, we found out that we grossly overpaid and that we were underwater. The next agent that we hired saw how we were mislead and paid out of her pocket to get s out of our situation. this experience inspire me to get my real estate license in 2017 and advocate for our clients' best interests 100% of the time.

Our two biggest motivators are family and faith. Both are important, and finding that balance has been a work in progress. Through it all ~ homeschooling, losing loved ones, tending broken bones, and more -we have built our business and rose to the top 20% in our office of over 600 agents at Keller Williams Southlake.

Whenever we are not working, we enjoy traveling, reading the Bible, swimming, going for walks, and hanging out with our children. Our favorite part of being a REALTOR® team is meeting people and helping them achieve their dreams.
